Return & Exchange Policy – Flexzee
We do not offer a general return policy. Returns are only accepted in case of defective or wrong items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery. You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If your request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Important Note (Defective Products)
Agar product me koi fault ya issue ho, to sirf 24 hours ke andar hume WhatsApp par contact karein aur clear pictures/video share karein.

- Aapko free replacement (same product) diya jayega
- Replacement deliver karte waqt hi hum defective item collect kar lenge
- Is process me aapko extra tension lene ki zarurat nahi

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
